I am an experienced, solution-focused counsellor and coach. I provide a service to aid emotional well-being and improve success and happiness. I provide support for people who find themselves in a difficult situation, because they are (for whatever reason) unable to think clearly or resolve their situation themselves.

The approach I use is solution-focused, offering effective and practical help under-pinned by the latest research in neuro-science. It is very efficient and the average number of sessions a person needs is 4 to 6, although this can clearly vary. You can begin to make a difference today.

I can also offer supervision.

My other experience includes being a qualified and registered teacher and with a wide experience of children and their education and behaviour. Combined with this, I have been a rehabilitation therapist for people who have suffered a head injury during their lifetime. This also involved offering support to their family members.

I am also a mindfulness trainer and work mostly in a 1:1 capacity although can offer group teaching in some circumstances.
